1. Service Overview

We provide professional dog waste removal services at residential and commercial properties. Services including but not limited to: Scooping, bagging, and disposal of pet waste. These services are provided in accordance to this policy and the selected schedule, set by K9 Bomb Squad.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe access to the property (unlock gates, provide key or keycode, clear paths, ensure service area is clear of health and safety hazards, etc).
  • Secure pets indoors or in a safe area during service. Pets who are friendly are allowed to be in the yard during cleanings, as judged by company on a case by case basis. In this event,  the client agrees to take on all responsibilities in cases of injuries or destruction of property to K9 Bomb Squad employees or the property of employees or that of K9 Bomb Squad.
  • Notify us of any hazards (aggressive pets, chemicals, loose gates, etc.).
  • If a technician encounters any hazard that prevents safe entry to your yard, the scheduled service will be skipped and a 50% service fee will still apply. The technician will document the specific hazard and reason for non-completion in your service record. Service will resume on next scheduled date. If safety hazard has not been resolved, the scheduled service will be skipped in the same manner as the first, in all following events, until the hazard has been resolved. 

3. Scheduling & Access

  • Services are scheduled weekly, biweekly, Monthly, or one-time.
  • Missed visits due to locked gates or unsafe conditions will be charged at a penalty rate. - See 2: Client responsibilities above...
  • In the event of weather-related delays, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule missed visits. If rescheduling is not possible, a 50% base service fee will be applied, and service will resume on the next regularly scheduled visit.
  • K9 Bomb Squad observes designated holidays as non-service days. If your scheduled service falls on a holiday, you will be notified whether your visit will be rescheduled within the same week or skipped. In the event of a skipped service, a 50% base cleaning fee will be applied to account for the additional time and waste volume at your next scheduled visit.

4. Payment Terms

  • Invoices are sent automatically through the client portal. 
  • Clients will not be scheduled until payment is made via credit card. 
  • Initial cleanups not covered under a quarterly contract require a $150 deposit. The base rate is $55 for up to 30 minutes of service, with an additional charge of $2 per minute thereafter until the job is complete. Any unused portion of the deposit will be refunded or credited to your account.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule a service visit with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge. Requests to move a service to a different day due to special circumstances will be accommodated when possible, and based on technician availability in your area. A small rescheduling fee may apply and will be communicated in advance.
  • If your pet will be away for an extended period, you may request to skip a scheduled visit with at least 24 hours’ notice. Multiple consecutive skips may result in an initial cleanup fee upon resuming service, depending on waste accumulation. These situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • We reserve the right to suspend service due to non-payment, unsafe conditions, or repeated access issues.

6. Waste Disposal

  • Bagged waste will be placed in the client’s designated outdoor bin unless haul-away service has been selected. If the bin is inaccessible or unavailable, the technician will place the waste in a safe, low-traffic area and notify the client of its location.
  • Haul-away services will incur additional fees.
  • If possible, client agrees to allow access and use of outdoor water sources, for purposes of providing sanitary services and ensuring the health and safety of your pets yard. 
  • For your safety- Indoor access will never be requested by a tech unless the situation has  first been escalated to a supervisor for approval. The supervisor will contact you by phone to issue said request and explain the reason for request. Should you offer said access, then the provisions above do not apply.

7. Pet Safety & Liability

  • We are not liable for escaped pets or injuries caused by unsecured animals.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by pets or property conditions.

8. Marketing & Media

  • We reserve the right to use photos of cleaned areas for marketing, with no identifying client information.
  • Clients may opt out by notifying us in writing.

9. Disclaimer

  • All services are provided ‘as is’ without any express or implied warranties, and K9 Bomb Squad assumes no responsibility or liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the performance of services, entry onto property, or use of any related information or materials.”
  • In addition, all services and products are provided “as is,” with no guarantees beyond the immediate and direct scope of pet waste removal. We are not responsible for waste that is obscured by grass, leaves, snow, or other debris; however, technicians will make a reasonable effort to locate and remove such waste during service. If a consistent issue is apparent, the client should reach out and notify K9 Bomb Squad with their complaint for resolution. Service fees will not be refunded in whole or part, in any circumstance that is not directly communicated by the customer to K9 Bomb Squad via phone or email. To ensure quality and consistent service, verbal complaints to technicians cannot be documented.  
  • We are not responsible for health issues related to pet waste, any treatments or services offered by our service should only be used in a supplemental manner, after careful consideration of the products and their ingredients. By booking said treatments and services Client agrees that the products are safe and appropriate for their needs and their pets safety. Client is solely responsible for ensuring the area is safe for their pet, and is being maintained to that end.
  • Terms of service can change or be modified at any time. Any change to the terms will be pushed out to each client via their primary contact information provided.
  • K9 Bomb Squad is not liable for typographical errors or discrepancies in published materials. If you notice any inconsistencies or have questions, please contact our team directly so we can address the concern promptly.
